When you upgrade to Smart or Pro, you choose between two ways to pay. The price is the same either way; the difference is renewal.
Subscription (recommended)
Your plan renews automatically every month — set it once, never think about it. Pay with:
- Maya
- GrabPay
- ShopeePay
You're charged for your first month right away, and your renewal date is set one month later. If you subscribe on the 29th, 30th or 31st, renewals land on the 28th instead, so the date stays the same in every month of the year.
One-time payment
You pay for one month at a time and renew manually when it ends. More payment channels are available this way:
- E-wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay
- Online banking: BPI, UnionBank, RCBC
- Over the counter: Cebuana, LBC
- QR Ph
One-time is handy if you prefer GCash, don't want anything auto-charging, or only need a heavy month (say, one Pro month to digitize a backlog).
How checkout works
- Go to Billing in the dashboard and pick your plan.
- Choose Subscription or One-time payment.
- You're taken to our payment processor's secure checkout to complete payment. SandDune never sees or stores your full payment details.
- Your plan activates as soon as payment is confirmed — usually within moments.
Pending payments
Started a checkout but didn't finish? The Billing page will show a pending payment notice with a Continue with Payment button. A pending payment must be completed (or lapse) before starting a different plan change. If something looks stuck, see Payment issues.
