Free → Smart or Pro
- Open Billing in the dashboard.
- Pick the plan and tap Upgrade.
- Choose your payment method and complete checkout.
Your new allowance applies immediately after payment — no waiting for a cycle.
Smart → Pro
On the Billing page, the Pro comparison card includes an Upgrade to Pro action. Confirming ends your Smart subscription and takes you through checkout for Pro. The change is immediate once payment completes: your limits jump from 30/30 to 100/100 on the spot.
One thing to know: plan changes aren't pro-rated. Starting Pro mid-way through a paid Smart month means paying Pro's full price from that day — remaining Smart time isn't refunded (see Refunds & billing concerns). If you want every peso's worth, upgrade near the end of your Smart period.
Pro → Smart (downgrading)
There's no one-tap downgrade. The path is:
- Cancel your Pro subscription — you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- When it ends, subscribe to Smart from the Billing page.
If you paid one-time
One-time payments simply run out at the end of their month. To change plans, just buy the plan you want next time — nothing to cancel.
What never changes with your plan
Your notes, notebooks, Timelines, and archive are identical on every plan — features aren't gated, only monthly allowances differ. Moving down (or to Free) never touches your data.
