Sign up with Google (fastest)
- Go to sanddune.ai and tap Start for free.
- Tap Continue with Google and choose your Google account.
- That's it — you land in SandDune already signed in. Google confirms your email address for us, so there's no confirmation email to wait for, and your name is filled in from your Google profile (change it anytime in Settings).
By continuing with Google you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and you must be at least 18 to use SandDune. We receive only your name and email address from Google — never your Google password, and nothing else in your Google account.
Opened the link inside another app — Messenger, Instagram, Facebook? Google doesn't allow sign-in from those in-app browsers. Open sanddune.ai in Chrome or Safari instead, or sign up with your email below.
Sign up with email
- Go to sanddune.ai and tap Start for free.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email.
- Choose a password. It needs at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol — any character that isn't a letter or number counts, so
~,`and spaces are all fine. The form ticks each requirement off as you type, and tells you straight away if the two password fields don't match. - Tick the box agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 to use SandDune.
- Tap Create an account.
Confirm your email
Email signups only — Google accounts skip this step.
We send a confirmation link to the address you signed up with. Open the email and tap the link — this proves the address is yours and activates the account. The link expires after 24 hours.
Don't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, use Resend confirmation email on the same "Check your email" screen. You can resend up to three times an hour, with a short wait between each — and resending after 24 hours issues a fresh link, so an expired one is nothing to worry about.
The button only appears in the browser you signed up in, so if you've since switched devices, go back to the original one. Still stuck after three tries? The address may be mistyped; see Can't log in or write to support@sanddune.ai.
Log in
Log in at sanddune.ai/login the same way you signed up — Continue with Google, or your email and password once the address is confirmed. If you signed up with a password and later tap Continue with Google using the same email address, both lead to the same account, and either works from then on.
New accounts start on the Free plan — every feature included, with a monthly allowance of 3 transcriptions and 3 Asks (see Plans & pricing).
Forgot your password?
Use the Forgot password link on the login page. We'll email you a reset link; the new password follows the same requirements as above.
Signed up with Google? There's no password to forget — just tap Continue with Google. If you'd like a password as well (say, for a device where you're not signed in to Google), use Forgot password with your Google email address and we'll send a link to set one.
Changing your details later
- Name — editable anytime in Settings.
- Email — can't be changed from Settings yet. Write us at support@sanddune.ai from your account email and we'll help.
